Eric Paul Fulton

Eric P. Fulton, 38, of Elyria, passed away Friday July 21, 2017.  Eric was born January 1, 1979 in Medina.  He was raised in North Ridgeville and lived in Lorain County for most of his life.  He was a 1997 graduate of North Ridgeville High School and he attended Lorain County Community College.  He was employed by Local Union #505 as a drywall finisher and just recently started his own business, D & E Custom Contracting and Painting.  He was a former member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville.  Eric was a meeting leader at Alcoholics Anonymous and he was actively involved and a former resident at Hope House in Elyria.  He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting. Eric is survived by; his parents, Cheryl and Richard Fulton of North Ridgeville; his son, Dylan Fulton of North Ridgeville; his daughter, Isabella Fulton of Elyria; his sister, Kristin Fulton of North Ridgeville; his brothers, Timothy R. Fulton of Avon Lake; his maternal grandmother, Ellen Yuschak of Brunswick; his nephew, Timothy; nieces, Jaydan and Alina; cousins, Tarren and Tyler Yuschak; and also by many other cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Paul Yuschak; his paternal grandparents, Richard W. and Virginia G. Fulton; an aunt, Laurel Bryant; and an uncle, Gary Yuschak.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday July 26, 2017 from 4 to 8pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville.  A prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday July 27, 2017 at 9:20am followed by a funeral Mass at 10am at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville.  Rev. Robert Franco, pastor of St. Peter Church, will celebrate the Mass. Burial will be at St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
