To Ginny's family: We met Ginny and Ned when they would vacation in Traverse City. Their cottage was right next to our home. Ginny would get in my young son's graces by offering him graham crackers when we were outside. We moved away from T.C. (my husband was in the Coast Guard) and then back again after a few years. It was fun to see them again and we have been corresponding ever since. I was worried when I received Ginny's Christmas card back in the mail and then I discovered she had passed away. What a wonderful person Ginny was. Know that we so enjoyed Ned and Ginny and will forever cherish our memories of them!

The Steebs and the MacArthurs living next door to each other for all those wonderful years. Our families grew up together. I would often call Ginni my second mom and the "go-go" girl. She had more energy than I did when I was a teenager. What a wonderful zest for life! I have so many good memories of her that she will always be an important part of my life.
The last of the older generation of the original Irene Rd. gang. What a wonderful close neighborhood we had growing up in the late 50's, 60's and 70's. I still treasure the friendships I formed then.
I am so sorry for your loss. We can only hope that we can have that same energy and enthusiasm for life. She has been my mentor in so many ways. Take care, Lynn

May you always enjoy the many wonderful memories of your lively, energetic mom. She was the last of our many Moms that made us tow the line on Irene Rd.
