Eddie B Green

Eddie B. Green, 92, of North Ridgeville, formerly of Hinckley, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 in North Ridgeville.  Mr. Green was born on May 2, 1925 in Cleveland. He was a Navy veteran and served during WWII.  He worked as an electrician at Ford Motor Company for 36 years before retiring in 1989.  Mr. Green enjoyed golf, bowling and racing thoroughbred horses.  He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Dolores (nee Bates); two daughters, Holly Ramsey (William) and Laurel Wolan (Jack); one son Mark Green (Debbie); nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy and two brothers, Robert and James.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Docia Green.  A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 2:00pm at O’Neill Healthcare North Ridgeville, 38600 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville.  Rev. Dr. Austin Shaw will officiate.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland OH 44110.  Liston Funeral Home, North Ridgeville is serving the family.
