Marilyn J. “Mickey” Hall (nee Mayer), 86, of North Ridgeville, passed away Thursday September 13, 2018 at her residence, following a long illness. She was born on May 25, 1932 in Fostoria, Ohio and resided in North Olmsted for 44 years before moving to North Ridgeville 16 years ago. She was a 1954 graduate of Ohio Northern University where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy. She worked as a pharmacist and was retired from Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights. She was a member and past president of the Cleveland Academy of Pharmacy. She also belonged to the Ohio Pharmacist Association and the Westshore Pharmaceutical Association. Mrs. Hall was a member for many years of Olmsted Community Church where she sang in the choir and played in the bell choir. Mickey Hall is survived by; her husband of 65 years, William Hall; one daughter, Gail Hall of North Olmsted; two sons, Scott Hall (Carol) of Strongsville and Craig Hall of Sutter Creek, CA; and by six grandchildren, Ryan, Joelle, Jenifer, Nicolas, Gillian and Christopher. She was preceded in death by; her parents, John and Regina (nee Palmer) Mayer; and by two sisters, Susan Fournier and Nancy Aruta. The family will receive friends on Tuesday September 18, 2018 from 4 to 7pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday September 19, 2018 at 12 noon at Olmsted Community Church, 7853 Main Street, Olmsted Falls. Rev. Ron Dauphin will officiate the memorial service. Interment will be at Butternut Ridge Cemetery in North Olmsted. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Olmsted Community Church Choir.
