Shirley Jean (Martin) Shriver

Shirley “Jean” Shriver (nee Martin), 80, of North Ridgeville, passed away Tuesday December 26, 2017 at her home following a short illness.  She was born June 22, 1937 in Bear Run, OH and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1966.  She was a graduate of Spencer High School and cosmetology school.  She was a homemaker.  Jean enjoyed spending time with her kids and great grandkids.  She is survived by: her husband of 60 years Adrian “Abe”; one son, Bret of North Ridgeville; five grandchildren, Brad, Katie, Kasey, John and Mike; five great-grandchildren; and by many nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was preceded in death by; two sons, Kevin and Brian; her brother, Richard Martin; and by her parents, Lyle and Evelyn Martin.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday January 2, 2018 from 6 to 8pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville.  The Funeral Service will be Wednesday January 3, 2018 at 11:00am at the funeral home with Pastor Brian Gardiner officiating.  Entombment will be private in the mausoleum at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon.  The family requests no flowers.
