Virginia "Ginny" B. (Baker) Steeb

Virginia B. “Ginny” Steeb (nee Baker), 94, formerly a long-time resident of Lyndhurst, passed away August 21, 2017 in Westlake.  Beloved Wife of 70 years of the Late Edward S. Steeb; Loving Mother of Marilyn Dillon (Richard) and the Late John Steeb (Gloria); Dear Grandmother “Omi” of Michael, Tony (Jessica), Nicholas (Jenn), Ryan (Shannon), Mark (Kim) and Matt (Danielle); Dear Great Grandmother of 13; Cherished Sister of Marcy Andrews; Dear Aunt of many.  Ginny was an avid gardener and a long-time member of the Lyndhurst Garden Club.  She was also a docent at several area museums.  A memorial service will be held Saturday September 2, 2017 at 2:00pm at Lyndhurst Community Presbyterian Church, 5312 Mayfield Rd., Lyndhurst.  Burial will be private at Spring Grove Cemetery in Medina.  The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to either the church or to the South Euclid/Lyndhurst Historical Society, 4645 Mayfield Rd., So. Euclid, OH 44121.  Liston Funeral Home, North Ridgeville, is serving the family.
