Angel R. Suarez

Angel R. Suarez, 71, a resident of Sheffield Lake, formerly of Cleveland, passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. He was born February 18, 1952, in Corozal, Puerto Rico. Angel loved fishing, inventing things, and autobody work. He is survived by his sister, Ana “Lydia” Kovacs (Paul); his sister-in-law, Phyllis Suarez; seven nephews, Victor Suarez Jr., Ramon Suarez, David Suarez, Paul Kovacs Jr. (Rebecca), Donald Kovacs, Anthony Narewski (Vanessa), and Fred C. Hamilton; four great nephews, Dustin Kovacs, Aydon Kovacs, Mason Kovacs, and Tristen Kovacs; and three great nieces, Kelsey Kovacs, Brianna Narewski, and Lacey Narewski. Angel was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Ana Suarez; his brother, Victor Suarez; and his sister, Carmen T. Narewski-Hamilton. The family welcomes friends to join them Tuesday, November 14 2023, from 5pm to 7pm, at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Road (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 10am, at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church, 5545 Opal St., North Ridgeville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
