Angela M. Shikner

Angela M. Shikner (nee Spatola), 91, a life long resident of West Park, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 2, 2022. She was born September 30, 1930 in Bronx, New York. Angela graduated from John Marshall High School in Cleveland. She enjoyed: knitting, crocheting, sewing, and gardening. She was a life long member of Ascension of Our Lord Church in Cleveland. Angela is survived by: four children, James J.(Pam), Thomas (Josie) Cheryl (Randy), and Ellen; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and her sister, Bernice. She was preceded in death by: her loving husband of 39 years, James C. Shikner; her brother, Salvatore; and her son-in-law, Gary. The family welcomes friend to join them Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 10am to 12:15pm, with the service starting at 12:15pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.) North Ridgeville. Father Bob Franco of St. Peters Catholic Church in North Ridgeville will officiate. Entombment will be held at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Western Reserve.
