Bobby Joe Oliver Sr.

Bobby Joe Oliver Sr., 35, a lifelong resident of Elyria, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 22, 2025. He was born on January 16, 1990, in Elyria. Bobby’s children were his life, making sure their needs were met before his own. He loved the Flash, and listening to music while he took late night walks to find his peace. Bobby is survived by his seven children, Cierra, Silas, Raynah, Priyah, Barry, Ryan, and Alexandria; his motherly figures, Carmen, Cindy, Maria, and Aunt Louise; nine siblings, Charles, Brandon, Samantha, Xavier, Zach, Scottie, Steve, Dan, and Tim; three aunts, Brenda, Sarah, and Sharon; two uncles, Donahue, and Hubert; his grandmother, Ruby; his former wife Terra; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother, Bobbie; his son, Bobby Jr.; his great grandparents, RT and Emma Jean Oliver; and his fatherly figures, Don, Carlos, and Jerry. The funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family, or to their GoFundMe. Bobby will be laid to rest at Brookdale Cemetery in Elyria, with his mother, Bobbie, and son Bobby Jr.
