Bruce F. Brockman, 81, of Wellington, passed away unexpectedly at Mercy Health-Lorain Hospital in Lorain on June 25, 2026.  He was born in Lakewood on June 9, 1945. Mr. Brockman has resided in Lorain County for many years and lived in North Ridgeville prior to moving to Wellington.  Bruce was a 1963 graduate of John Marshall High School in Cleveland and for 63 years he had been involved in the planning of the annual class reunion.  After high school, he played football on a scholarship at Heidelberg University for one year.  Bruce was a natural born salesman and an entrepreneur. He was the first store manager of the Uniroyal Tire store at Midway Mall in Elyria and then worked a long time in industrial fabric sales for Duracote in Ravenna. In recent years he was a partner in a company that had a unique way of making pallets, and he founded YANTOTC-a service to help senior citizens with understanding and using technology.  Bruce was a member of the Eagles Club in Wellington, he enjoyed cooking, and he loved technology.  He will be greatly missed by his beloved family.  Bruce Brockman is survived by: his wife of 61 years and former John Marshall High School classmate, Lenore (nee Schulda); his daughter, Holli Milicic (Brian) of North Ridgeville; four grandchildren, Lauren Vick (Ben), Tyler, Sean, and Gabby Milicic; two great grandchildren, Bridget and Hallie Vick; and by his niece, Melanie Cobb. He was preceded in death by: His parents, Leonard and Jeanne (nee David) Brockman; and his brother, Leonard Brockman.  A graveside service will be held on Thursday July 2, 2026 at 11am at Fields Cemetery in North Ridgeville.  Rev. Hyeran Lee Yu, Pastor of Wellington First United Methodist Church, will officiate the service.  The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
