Charles T. Plumley, 83, a long time resident of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, January 28, 2022. He was born February 15, 1938 in Abraham, West Virginia. He graduated from Shady Springs High School in West Virginia in 1956. Charles worked as a machine operator for S K Wellman before retiring. Charles was a member of the Paper Workers Union, and the Men of Breakfast. He enjoyed: classic cars, going to car shows, playing the lottery, and feeding the squirrels and birds in his yard. Charles is survived by: two daughters, Sharron Ott of Columbus, and Karen Rudisill (Norman) of Elyria; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; his brother, Garland; and his sister, Joyce. He was preceded in death by: his loving wife of 62 years, Joann Plumley; his brother, Wesley; and his sister, Betty.
