Connor James Rutledge, age three and a half, passed away on Saturday December 21, 2019 at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland. Connor fought really hard through all of this and we are so proud of him! Connor loved Captain America, policemen, firemen, motorcycles and amusement parks. In October, the Make-A-Wish Foundation sent Connor and his parents to Orlando, FL and they visited several attractions. A highlight of the trip for Connor was when he got Spiderman’s autograph! Connor is survived by; his mom and dad, Sara Buksa and Kory Rutledge; his maternal grandparents, Val Buksa and Ed Buksa; his paternal grandparents, Jamie Rutledge and Steven Rutledge; a paternal great-grandmother, Sandy Myers; and by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday December 27, 2019 from 5:00pm until the time of the service at 8:00pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. Deacon Tom Cully from St. Mary’s Church in Berea will lead the service.
