Dean J Hido Jr.

Dean J Hido Jr., 60, a resident of Elyria, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. He was born September 23, 1963, in Garfield Heights. Dean graduated from High School in Maple Heights. He worked as a maintenance supervisor for 35 years. Dean was a helpless romantic, often writing poems and love letters for his wife. He and his wife loved spending time in nature and walking in the metro parks. Dean is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Karen Hido; his father and stepmother Dean J. Hido Sr., and Gloria Hido; his mother, Donna Kvacek (and the late Frank); and his sister Debbie Hido. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
