Deborah "Debbie" R. (Sims) Beveridge

Deborah R. “Debbie” Beveridge (nee Sims), 76, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Saturday August 9, 2025 at St. John Medical Center in Westlake.  She was born January 30, 1949 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, and was a 1966 graduate of Beth Center High School in Fredericktown, Pennsylvania.  Debbie moved to the Cleveland area as a young adult and had resided in North Ridgeville since 1974.  She spent many years working in the banking industry.  Debbie was very dedicated to her beloved family and she dearly loved her children and grandchildren.  She also remained close to her siblings throughout her life.  Debbie enjoyed puzzles and Sudoku, a good Mexican restaurant, and the perfect Margarita.  Debbie Beveridge is survived by: her son, Michael Crevda (Stephanie), of North Ridgeville; her husband, William G. Beveridge of North Ridgeville; six grandchildren, Katelyn, Ethan, Nicholas, and Zachary Crevda, and Hallie and Claire Uhl; three sisters, Marsha Trisoline of West Virginia, Dotty Alberto (John) of Longs, South Carolina, and Cindy McGrady (Jim) of West Brownsville, Pennsylvania; two brothers, Wally Sims (Lisa) of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, and Denny Sims of Richeyville, Pennsylvania; many nieces and nephews; and many other extended family members and friends.  She was preceded in death by; her son, Edward W. Crevda in 2023; and by her parents, Wallace and Mildred (nee Weight) Sims.  The family will receive friends on Saturday August 30, 2025 from 12 noon until the time of a Memorial Service at 1:30pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.  Rev. Kearstin Bailey will officiate the service. Immediately following the Memorial Service, a luncheon and a time of fellowship  will be held in the fellowship hall of the First Congregational United Church of Christ, which is located directly next door to the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Three C Club (a 501c3 organization that is empowering children, and building brighter futures), in care of Michael Crevda, 33008 Woodhaven Circle, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039.
