Derek O. Boone

Derek O. Boone, 54, of Grafton, passed away on February 20, 2026.  He was born in Medina on December 2, 1971, and lived the majority of his life in Grafton.  Derek was a dad, a grandfather, and a son.  He is survived by: his parents, Eva (nee Auble) and David Boone; his children, Jacqualyn, Alexander, Mariah, Leena, Pierce, Conner, and Emmyt; his granddaughter, Evalyn; two sisters, Pennie Masley (Tom), and Theresa Esterhazy (Nikolaus); two nieces; two grand-nieces; and a grand-nephew.  A Celebration of Derek’s life will be held by the family.  Memorial contributions may be made to his daughter, Jacqualyn.
