Dwight D. Dunbar

Dwight D. Dunbar, 77, a long time resident of North Ridgeville, passed away at his residence on Saturday, April 2, 2022. He was born on July 30, 1944, in Clear Creek, West Virginia. Dwight was a Veteran of the Unites States Air Force. He worked as an union electrician for local #38. Dwight is survived by: his loving wife of 42 years, Jackie Dunbar; five children, Dwight Jr. (Stephanie), Paul (Amy), Libby, Jamie, and Jake Dunbar; several grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Dwight was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Ora Dunbar. The family welcomes friends to join them on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Fields United Methodist Church, 34077 Lorain Rd, North Ridgeville, OH 44039, from 2pm to 3:15pm, with the service beginning at 3:15. The Reverend Tom Joyce will officiate. A private burial will be held in West Virginia at a later date.
