Erin Marie Johnson

Erin Marie Johnson (nee Burlison), 44, a resident of Elyria, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, November 16, 2025. She was born May 15, 1981, in Berea. Erin was a kind, warm, and loving soul, and a dear friend to many. She had a gentle heart and a steady presence that made the people around her feel seen, cared for, and never alone. Those who knew her will remember her compassion, her quiet strength, and the way she showed up for others without hesitation. Erin is survived by her loving husband of five years, Chris Johnson; her daughter, Savannah Clemons; her parents, Jeannie and Fred Burlison; her brother, Mark Burlison (Stephanie); her sister, Sherie Melton (Derrick); along with extended family members and many dear friends who will miss her deeply. Family and friends are invited to gather for the visitation on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. The memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 11:00am. Pastor Dave Swartz will officiate. Erin’s ashes will be laid to rest at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Olmsted Falls following the service.
