Gail Neville (nee Hixenbaugh), 87, a long time resident of the Mayfield area, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at O’Neill Healthcare in North Olmsted on Saturday, September 10, 2022. She was born in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania on July 24, 1935. Gail often volunteered for the Hospice of the Western Reserve, and the Cuyahoga County Metro Parks. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, jigsaw puzzles, reading, and spending time with her family, especially her great granddaughter. Before passing, Gail started scrapbooking and would find poems for her family to keep in memory of her. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve at: https://www.hospicewr.org/Patients-and-Caregivers/Giving-Back/Make-a-Gift/Make-a-Donation. Always remember that grief is not a sign of weakness or loss of faith, it is simply the price of love.
