Glenn C. Bayless

On Sunday May 23, 2021 Glenn C. Bayless, 40, a life-time resident of Elyria, fell asleep and did not awaken. He is now finally and truly at peace at last. He was born October 26, 1980 in Elyria. Glenn attended Elyria High School. He worked for Heidelberg Distributing in Lorain as a warehouse manager for 4 years. Glenn enjoyed cooking, being a BBQ master, music, throwing picnics, and he was a cornhole legend! He is survived by: his wife of two years, Jenna Bayless; two sons, Gage Kimble, and Liam Bayless; his parents, Glenn and Maureen Bayless; his brother, Scott Bayless (Emily); his four nieces and nephews; and by his aunt, Gail Abbey. The family welcomes friends to join them on Thursday May 27, 2021 from 4 to 7pm with a celebration of Glenn’s life starting at 7pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. Pastor Tony Woodyard of Lowell Street Baptist Church in Elyria will officiate. The family is requesting that friend’s come with a remembrance of Glenn to be shared. Burial will be private at Ridgeville Cemetery in North Ridgeville. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Elyria APL at https://friendshipapl.org/.
