Jacqueline W. Harris (nee Chisholm), 82, a life long resident of Lorain County, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at Ames Family Hospice in Westlake. She was born February 25, 1940 in Cleveland. Jacqueline’s family was her life and she especially enjoyed backyard picnics with them. She also enjoyed bird watching and she loved flowers. Jacqueline was a Gold Star Wife and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at VFW Post 9871 in North Ridgeville. She is survived by: her four children, Robert, Sandra, Douglas, and Leslie; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 3 siblings, Norma, James, and Winnona. Jacqueline was preceded in death by: her son, Dale Jr.; and her parents, Norman and Fayre (nee Dubber) Chisholm. The family welcomes friends to join them on Saturday March 26, 2022 from 1pm to 3pm with the service beginning at 3pm, at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Pastor Troy Smith of Pilgrim United Church of Christ will officiate.
