Joseph A. Phillips

Joseph A. Phillips, 54, passed away on April 29, 2023.  He was born October 6, 1968 in Crossville, Tennessee.  Joe had been a life-long resident of Lorain County.  He was a 1987 Graduate of Midview High School and he attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.  He worked as a Neon Bender and Sign Painter and was last employed by Job Corp in Cleveland where he taught Sign Creation.  Joe formerly attended Faith Baptist Temple in North Ridgeville.  He enjoyed flying radio controlled model airplanes.  He is survived by: his mother, Faye Phillips (nee Fields); and his brother, Lindon G. Phillips.  He was preceded in death by; his father Lindon Phillips in 2009, and his sister, Pamela Phillips in 2022.  A graveside service will be held on Wednesday May 10, 2023 at 1:30pm at Fields Cemetery in North Ridgeville.  Rev. Johnnie Crawford, from Faith Baptist Temple, will officiate the service.
