Linda S. (DuBroy) Bateman

Linda S. Bateman (nee DuBroy). 73, of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully on Monday February 7, 2022 at Ames Family Hospice in Westlake.  She was born April 13, 1948 in Jackson, Ohio.  Linda was a homemaker and resided in North Ridgeville for many years.  She was a dedicated grandmother and she enjoyed playing bingo.  Linda S. Bateman is survived by: her daughter, Lisa Lotz (Kirk Miller) of North Ridgeville; her son, Tom Lotz (Annie) of Crestwood, KY; two granddaughters, Hailey Miller and Clara Lotz; her brother, Tom DuBroy (the Late Nancy) of Elyria; and her sister, Barb DuBena (Doug) of Elyria.  She was preceded in death by: her husband, Richard “Dick” Bateman in 2019; her parents, Louis and Audrey (nee Hayth) DuBroy; and by her son, Ricky Lotz.  The family will receive friends on Friday February 11, 2022 from 4pm until the time of the funeral service at 7pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville.  Pastor Randy Crabtree of Eversprings Missionary Baptist Church in Amherst, will officiate the service.
