Lynn Ann Reid (nee Mitchell), 63, residing in Westlake, Ohio, passed away peacefully with friends and family by her side on Tuesday February 28, 2023 at St. John Medical Center in Westlake after a long illness. Lynn was born on February 3, 1960, and grew up in Warren, OH. A long-time resident of Norwalk, OH, Lynn loved being a mom and was instrumental in the personal, professional, and spiritual growth of her three children. Lynn loved her coffee! She was creative, resourceful, hardworking, and had a great sense of humor. Lynn enjoyed working with her hands through art/painting, sewing, and outdoor projects. She was an excellent listener, generous with her time, enjoyed sharing her experiences to help others, and always had time to chat. Lynn loved Jesus, enjoyed reading the Bible and watching Bible study programs. She is survived by; her former husband Bill Reid, of Warren; three grateful children, Sara Lang (Paul) of Bay Village, William Reid (Chelsea) of Lima, and Brian Reid of Westlake, OH; and her five grandchildren, Ella and Alex Lang, and Liam, Jacob and Andrew Reid. She was the beloved friend of Janet (Lang) and Henry Bloodsaw and Carmen Feliciano. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Mary (nee Dorteich) Mitchell, both of Warren. The family will receive friends on Friday March 10, 2023 from 4:30 to 7:00pm at Grace Baptist Church, 23096 Center Ridge Road, Westlake. The Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Steve Strong, officiating. The burial will take place on Saturday March 11, 2023 at 10:30 AM. at Woodlawn Cemetery in Norwalk.
