Lynn L. Watkins

Lynn L. Watkins (nee Patterson), 73, a long time resident of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully at O’Neill Healthcare North Ridgeville on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. She was born August 3, 1950, in Lorain. Lynn was a 1969 graduate of Avon High School. She retired from Husqvarna Viking Sewing Machines, in Westlake after 10 years. Lynn was a member of the Avon VFW #7035 Auxiliary. She enjoyed crafting, especially sewing, quilting, and crocheting. Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Greg; three children, Bethany Hejnal, Christie Perry (Michael), and Jeremy Ensminger; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Boblyn Patterson; and her daughter Amy. A private committal service will be held at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon. Chaplin June Mitchell of Avon VFW #7035, will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VFW National Home or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
