Maria de Lourdes Rios Morales

Maria de Lourdes Rios Morales, 54, of Westlake, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday February 8, 2026 at the Cleveland Clinic in Avon following a one-year illness.  She was born December 16, 1971 in Acapulco, Mexico and had been a resident of Westlake for 15 years.  Lourdes worked as a Chiropractic Assistant and Massage Therapist at the Lorain Injury Center in Elyria.  She was a member of Grace Church of North Olmsted and she donated frequently to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.  Lourdes loved watching movies, shopping with her family, and cleaning! She is survived by: her husband, Dr. Stephen Lash; her daughter, Isabell Lash; her mother, Barbara Morales; four sisters, Judith, Sara, Rosa, and Analilia Rios Morales; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Julio Rios.  A memorial service will take place on Friday February 13, 2026 at 11am at Grace Church of North Olmsted, 4816 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted. Associate Pastor, Kevin Williamson, will officiate.  The burial will be private at Evergreen Cemetery in Westlake.  In her memory, to carry on the tradition, memorial contributions are suggested to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.
