Mark S. Hopkins

Mark S. Hopkins, 66, a lifelong resident of Lorain County, passed away following a short illness at his residence, on Saturday, April 13, 2024. He was born April 27, 1957, in Lakewood. Mark enjoyed reading, paranormal TV shows, and hanging out with the Road Bums. He is survived by his two children, Shannon Pitorak (James), and Mark Rule (Joy); four grandchildren, Arthur Trenton, Zara Trenton, Allison Pitorak, and Andrew Pitorak; his sister-in-law, Emma; and his three nieces. Mark was preceded in death his parents, Raymond and Margaret Hopkins; and his six beloved uncles. The family requests that any memorial contributions be made to O'Neill Healthcare of North Ridgeville. The family will have a private memorial gathering at a later date.
