Noreen E. DelGiudice, 81, a long time resident of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, at the Hospice of Western Reserve, in Medina, on Friday, September 22, 2023. She was born April 4, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York. Noreen retired from the North Olmsted Walmart after 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling to see historical sites, competitive ballroom dancing, decorating for Christmas, and crafts. Noreen would attend the North Ridgeville Senior Center Crafts and Quilting Group every Monday. She is survived by her two children, Viviana Casbean (Neal), and Mark DelGiudice (Kristy); four grandchildren, Salvatore DelGiudice (Erin), Katie Ramirez (Bryan), Danielle DelGiudice (Tim), and Kourtney Riffle (Jett); two great grandchildren, Emma, and Noah DelGiudice; and her sister-in-law, Sue Sommer. Noreen was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Elizabeth Sommer, and her brother, Paul Sommer. The family welcomes friends to join them Thursday, October 5, 2023, from 5pm to 8pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. The service will be held Friday, October 6, 2023, at 11am. Pastor Charlie Woodward of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Westlake will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions and checks may be made out to North Ridgeville Senior Center.
