Patricia Lynn “Trisha” MacNeal (nee Anderson), 52, of Lima, formerly of North Ridgeville, passed away unexpectedly at Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima on Wednesday May 13, 2026.  She was born December 26, 1973 in Cleveland and resided in North Ridgeville for many years before moving to Lima six years ago.  Trisha was a 1992 graduate of North Ridgeville High School.  She was formerly employed at Amware Trucking Company and was also a homemaker.  Trisha enjoyed writing and spending time around her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by: her two daughters, Ashley Anderson (husband, C. J. Ross), and Alisha MacNeal (fiancé, Corey Helmling), both of Lima; her four grandchildren, Dorothy, Jaxon, Kurt, and Cameron; two sisters, Valerie Wokaly of Elyria, and Cheryl DeBalzoa of Sheffield; two brothers, Jimmy Dutko (Nadine) of North Ridgeville, and Jeff Dutko of Garfield Heights; her mother-in-law, Karen MacNeal of Westfield, MA; her sister-in-law, Kristie MacNeal (Haile); and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by: her husband, Kurt MacNeal in 2019; her parents, James H. and Dorothy J. (nee Henry) Anderson; her brother-in-law, Kevin MacNeal; and her nephew, John MacNeal.  The family will receive friends on Friday May 22, 2026 from 3pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 6pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
