Paulette A. Vaughn (nee Leimkuehler), 79, a long-time resident of Westlake, went home to be with The Lord on July 17, 2025 at Vitalia Senior Residences in Westlake. She was born in Cleveland on August 26, 1945 and graduated from Magnificat High School in Rocky River in 1963. She then earned her bachelors of sociology degree from Ohio University. Starting in their advertising department, she became the Executive Vice President and co-owner of PEL Supply Company in Cleveland and retired in 2013 after 36 years of service. She was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church in Westlake, and a member of the Cleveland Yachting Club. Paulette had many interests, including, attending the theatre with family and friends, traveling, interior and exterior design, downhill and cross country skiing, boating, swimming, line dancing, gardening, and art. She is survived by: her daughter, Megan McKenney (Jason); her son, Michael Vaughn (Shannon); five grandchildren; and three brothers, Jon (Nancy), Robert (Rosemarie), and William (Maureen) Leimkuehler. She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry, and other beloved family members. Paulette was a loving, strong, determined, and resilient woman who deeply loved her grandchildren, family, and friends. She inspired many with her dedication to holistic health and her unwavering faith in God. She loved and served The Lord with humility. Paulette made a lasting impact on those she met and she greatly enjoyed helping others. Paulette was laid to rest at Lakewood Park Cemetery in Rocky River.
