Obituary
Robert D. Null, 90, passed away at his residence in North Ridgeville on June 14, 2023 following a two month illness. He was born December 24, 1932 in Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania and he had resided in North Ridgeville since 1963. He was employed for 37 years as a maintenance man at the General Motors Parma plant and retired in 1991. Mr. Null enjoyed arts and crafts and woodworking. He also loved dogs! Robert was a kind and big-hearted man who helped many people and he never asked for anything in return. He was a member of the NRA. Robert Null is survived by: his wife of 72 years, Lois E. (nee Crayton); two daughters, Lila Walsh (Dennis) of North Olmsted and Diane Justin (Rick) of Wakeman; three grandchildren, Dana Hobbs (John), Robert Whalen (Jennifer) and Chrissa Justin; and five great-grandchildren, Gabrielle Triplett (DaShawn Felder), Madison Triplett, Jesse Whalen, Nevaeh Floyd and Ariannah Floyd. He was preceded in death by; his son, William R. Null in 2010; his parents, Jess and Laura Belle (nee Liston) Null; three brothers, Lloyd, Willard and Lawrence Null; and his sister, Gertrude Albert. A family graveside service will be held at Fields Cemetery in North Ridgeville. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to your local APL.
