Robert S. Woernley

Robert S. “Bob” Woernley, 84 of Cleveland, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday October 8, 2020 with his wife and family at his bedside.  He was born September 20, 1936 in Cleveland.  Bob was a veteran and served in the US Air Force.  He was the Loving Husband for 40 years of Evelyn (nee Brown); the Cherished Father of eight and Step-Father of three; Grandfather of 25, Great Grandfather of 24, Great-Great Grandfather of one; and he was a good neighbor and friend to many people.  A memorial visitation will be held on Monday October 19, 2020 from 6:30pm until the time of the memorial service at 7:00pm at Abram Creek Baptist Church, 18664 Sheldon Road, Brook Park.  Pastor James Beight will officiate the service.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the church.
