Sam Agapetus

Sam Agapetus, 95, passed away peacefully at the Northridge Health Center in North Ridgeville on January 20, 2021. He was born on March 8, 1925 in Cleveland and was a proud veteran of the US Army. Sam was the original owner and founder of the Pewter Mug Restaurant in Beachwood, and the owner of World Leather Outlet in Elyria. Sam was the father of Steven, Christine, Bruce, Anthony, and Joseph; beloved grandfather of Leanne, William, Mandi, Matthew, Jacci, Aubrey, Jordon, and Scott; beloved great grandfather of Machella, Daniella, Beau, and Colton. He was preceded in death by: his wife, Jackie; and by his son, William. Sam was loved by all who knew him.  A family graveside service will be held at All Saints Cemetery in Northfield. Father Steven Callos of Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Cleveland Heights will officiate.
