Steven H. Morton

Steven H. Morton, 68, a long time resident of Grafton, went home to be with the Lord peacefully surrounded by his wife and family on July 5, 2023. He was born in Berea on February 2, 1955. Steven worked for the Union Operator Engineers Local 18 for many years before retiring this year. He absolutely loved golfing, and enjoyed fishing, and restoring classic cars. Steven was a life long member of Faith Baptist Temple in North Ridgeville. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Renee; four siblings, Ruth, Barry (Kim), Kimberly (David), and Donna (David); many nieces and nephews; his dog, Rosie; his cat, LuLu; his rabbit, Bunny Bunny Bunny, and was loved by many friends, neighbors, and the Tester family. The family welcomes friends to join them Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 4pm to 7pm at the Liston Funeral home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. The service will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 11am. Pastor Jim Barta of Faith Baptist Temple will officiate. Steven will be laid to rest at Columbia Township Cemetery (West River Rd.) In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Faith Baptist Temple, or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
