Susan J. "Suzy" Bracht

Susan J. “Suzy” Bracht, 69, of Eaton Township, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Friday June 28, 2024.  She was born April 25, 1955 in Berea.  Suzy resided in Eaton Township for most of her life and she was a 1973 graduate of Midview High School.  Suzy loved taking care of other people and many sought her advice.  She was formerly a 4H advisor and she enjoyed sewing and crafts.  Suzy is survived by: her two sons, Jimi and Mike Bracht, both of Eaton Township; her “acquired” brother, Paul “Doc” Long of Eaton Township; an aunt, uncle, several cousins; and many dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Alice (nee Whitty) and Gene Branscum.  A celebration of Suzy’s life will be celebrated at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
