She was born in Cleveland on April 1, 1951 to Charles and Evelyn (nee Brogan) Haire of Parma Hts. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband/life-long partner, Mark W. Hayes. She is survived by: her sister, Sandra Pinson of North Ridgeville, her twin brothers, Charles (Helen) and Thomas Haire, both of Thornville; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Susan graduated in 1969 from Valley Forge High School in Parma Heights and furthered her studies in accounting at Cuyahoga Community College in Parma. She worked for Ace Dispos-all, a family business, and Deaconess Hospital as a controller for a number of years before leaving to help operate a medical supply company, Global Intermed, with her late husband, until she retired. Sue loved being surrounded by her family and friends. She had a love for animals, especially her Cairn Terriers, Auggie and Tucker. She lived a life fully devoted to her Lord and Savior. Her Christian faith was an essential part of her life. Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm on Sunday, March 12, 2023 followed by a celebration of her life at 4:00 at Sugar Ridge Baptist Church, 36600 Sugar Ridge Road in North Ridgeville.
