Timothy J Payne

Timothy J. Payne, 65, a long time resident of North Ridgeville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday October 14, 2021 at University Hospital in Elyria. He was born on September 29, 1956 in Omaha, Nebraska. Timothy graduated from North Olmsted High School. He is survived by: his loving wife of 22 years, Jill Payne (nee Terrell); his two sons, Michael Lemmer, and Cole Payne; two grandsons, Joseph, and Odin; five siblings, Steve, Mike (Jeanne), Greg (Trish), Jay (Kathy), and Margret (Tom); and by many nieces and nephews. Timothy was preceded in death by: his parents, Raymond and Bernice Payne; and by his sister-in-law, Terri.
