Beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Friend

Tracey Lynn Green, 63, passed away on July 12, 2025. A 1980 graduate of Lakewood High School, Tracey spent most of her life living in the westside suburbs of Cleveland.  She was a selfless, loving, and kind soul whose compassion for others never wavered, even in the face of life’s struggles.

Throughout her life, Tracey wore many hats—she was a devoted mother, a proud grandmother, a caring daughter, a loving sister, and a generous friend.  She lived a life of quiet strength and deep care for others. Whether working as a server, a caregiver, or outreach through her faith she poured her heart into helping others, often putting their needs ahead of her own. Her warmth, resilience, and unwavering faith touched the lives of many.

Tracey had a deep love for Jesus and found comfort in her faith. Even during difficult times, her spirituality remained a guiding light.

She is survived by her children Patrick Fogarty (Katy), Ryan Fogarty, and Cara Green; her beloved granddaughter Everly; and her brother and sister-in-law, Gavin and Janeen Green. She was preceded in death by her son Jonathan Green, her mother Margaret, and her father Robert Wade, who passed away recently.

Tracey will be remembered for her beautiful spirit.  Her kindness, enduring faith, and love for her family will never be forgotten. Though she will be deeply missed, those who love her take comfort in knowing she is at peace and reunited with those who went before her.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Abram Creek Baptist Church, 18664 Sheldon Rd, Brook Park, Ohio.
