William A. “Bill” Hall, 88, of North Ridgeville, formerly of North Olmsted, passed away quietly at home on Sunday October 18, 2020. He was born February 4, 1932 in Olmsted Falls and resided in the area for many years. Bill was a 1954 graduate of Ohio Northern University School of Pharmacy. Following graduation he served two years in the U.S. Army as a pharmacist, then spent the remainder of his career as a respected pharmacist in the Cleveland area. Bill enjoyed woodworking, gardening and bird watching. He was a lifetime member of Olmsted Community Church; a member of the Westshore Pharmaceutical Association and served as President of the Cleveland Academy of Pharmacy. Bill is survived by one daughter, Gail Hall of North Olmsted; two sons, Scott Hall (Carol) of Strongsville and Craig Hall of Sutter Creek, CA; six grandchildren, Ryan, Joelle, Jenifer, Nicholas, Gillian and Christopher; two nieces, Shelley and Kimberly and one nephew, Allan. Bill was preceded in death by his wife of sixty-five years Marilyn “Mickey” Hall (nee Mayer); one brother, Wallace “Walley” Hall and his parents Russell and Bea Hall. The family suggests memorial contributions to Olmsted Community Church, Olmsted Falls.
