My heart is full of pain and sorrow right now. However, I take comfort knowing that God blessed us to have the best Mom ever. I know she is at peace and she fought long and hard. I can only pray that she instilled within me her zeal for life, love for others and the perseverance to withstand anything. I love you Mom!

Our family sends our condolences to you Sandy, James. Buddy, Jennifer, and the grandkids. Susie was a beautiful woman of God, both inside and out. Strong and independent, she was a wonderful role model for me and Vera. The fact that she was intelligent, well read, well traveled and a registered nurse was a source of pride for us. She had a servant heart that we so appreciated as she comforted us during our sister's transition. Rest in heaven with all our family that have gone before us Aunt Susie. You will be missed.
